The Company respects the privacy of all customers and the privacy of all visitors to our website and will treat/process personal data under appropriate technical and organizational security conditions.
The Company processes personal data received directly from you as data subjects, or indirectly during the course of commercial/contractual relationships.

What personal data does the Company process? In order to carry out current activities, including contractual activities, as well as to apply legal provisions, including those regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (domestic legislation and EU community law), the Company may request certain personal data. In this sense, the Company will process, among others, the following personal data: Name and surname, telephone/fax, home/residence address, e-mail, profession, workplace, IP address, bank card number, card expiration date, CVV2/CVC2 code, etc.
Processing of personal data represents any operation or set of operations performed on your personal data, by automated or non-automated means, such as: collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction.
To access the Company’s website, you do not need to provide us with any personal data.
Who are the data subjects?
The persons (subjects) whose data may be processed by the Company, exclusively for the purposes mentioned below, are: individual customers of the Company (current, former, or potential), visitors, the general public, and their representatives/proxies, whether legal or conventional.
Consequences of refusing to provide personal data
You, as a data subject, are obliged to provide complete, updated, and correct data. In order to achieve the mentioned purpose, the Company will process personal data throughout the period of the Company’s activities, until the moment when the data subject, or the legal representative, exercises the right to object/erasure (except for the situation where the Company processes the data based on a legal obligation or justifies a legitimate interest). Following the conclusion of personal data processing operations, for the purpose for which they were collected, if the data subject or their legal representative does not exercise the right to object/erasure, according to the law, these data will be archived by the Company for the duration provided in the Company’s internal procedures and/or will be destroyed.
